You will need to take Calculus (college level). My school required 2 semesters for Chem/biochem majors and 1 semester for a bio major. This is a great one to take at the community college.

You could also take AP chemistry so that you can take the test and get out of the 1st semester of general chem. However, make sure your chosen school will accept the AP test for credit, and what score you need to get. If you don't take AP chemistry, then you can take this at the community college if you prefer.

If you don't want to take AP chem from your hs or general chem from the community college, then you could consider AP biology (or take basic biology classes from the community college).

The college I went to requires the following:
2 semesters of General Chemistry
1 semester of Analytical Chem
2 semesters of Organic
1 semester of Biochem
1 semester of Physical Chem
1 semester of general animal bio
1 semester of Microbio
1 semester of cell bio
1 semester of genetics
2 semesters of Calculus
2 semesters of calc-based physics
and a senior project.

Good luck to you!
