Eyes – Light earth tones and soft pastels such as blue, lavender and pink always look great.
Cheeks – Pink and peach are perfect.
Lashes – Stick to brown or brown/black.
Lips – Light, sheer lippie in various shades of pink adds the finishing touch.

Hopflower has it right on the money! All those tones would be very pleasing with your complexion and eye and hair color.
An additional suggestion, though. If you want your eyes to stand out, try metallics! Gold and Silver would both look really pretty and fun on you!

Ivory or vanilla highlighter for the eyes, a taupe shadow, and either charcoal or dark brown liner. Black mascara. Pink or peach lipstick and a little clear gloss. Soft pink blush if you wear it.

I think your makeup should be natural. A nice pink lipgloss and maybe a little eyeliner on the top eyelids.

Neutral colors, browns, beige, smoky colors, you have tinge of green it looks like and you could use eye make up with red to pink shades to bring out your eyes....your cheeks....not a pink pink...but something...in the lighter shade of your lips for blush...and your lips....just a gloss...they have very pretty coloring...you have nice skin....

Rose hues or pinks on cheeks and lips and soft browns on the eyes. Dark brown mascara.

Light blue with shimmer/baby blue or hot pink would suits for your eyes plus black eyeliner (pencil) on your upper lid and mascara,lipgloss would do for ur lips

You have light skin, so I'd stick to browns, olives, plums etc. They will look great with your eyes. I wouldn't go with black eyeliner, mascara etc with light skin.

wax your eyebrows try a black mascara and dark brown eyeliner
