OMG!!!! I DO I DO I DO!!! my nails are green right now, i freak out whenever i see anything green, i saw THE HAT once in disney in some sort of exhibit (it was from the wizard of oz though), i saw WICKED twice within two years, i watch the movie RENT constantly!! the main reason i love WICKED so much is because of one person, her name is mrs. spaeth. yes, she is the mother to my favorite monkey of all time, phillip spaeth!!! and i have met him on several occassions too!!! he even remembered me from one meeting to the next!! my friends think that i'm insane because i can like just about anything to RENT and then break out in song. it becomes very annoying to them because of how often that i do it!! so yeah, if anyone can beat that, bring it on!!

I love rent. I saw it when Joey Fatone was the lead. It was OK I want to go back and see it again. I love the music the story line and all of the it. It is great musical. I have not seen wicked yet read the but listened to the music but am dieing to go see it. I bet it is awesome. So I love both.

I've seen Wicked four times, including the original cast. It's a good musical.
I saw Rent once, and never again.

I'm probably the only person on the planet who knows all, I mean all, the songs from Wicked, but has never seen the show once. I've never seen or heard the songs from Rent. I dream of once playing Elphaba, she's so cool.

Wicked is just TO DIE FOR! The music, the costumes, the set! That original cast (Indina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth especially) are unbelievably talented.
I love "Defying Gravity" and "Popular" the best.
My school choir did a medley this year...great times!
As for RENT..."forget regret or life is yours to miss"!
My philosophy, I LOVE that show, the acting, the singing!
BOTH ARE GREAT! *sigh* I just LOVE musical theatre!

I love both, they are my 2 top favorites...I recently saw both of them. They are both so different, yet I love each of them so much. The play version of Rent is great, like you can really sense the audience's involvment. And Wicked is just magic, literally. They are the best shows, each of them with so much to bring to theatre.

They both are really good I saw the original cast and I loved Wicked. Idina and Kristen were so awesome

I love the SOUNDTRACK for rent...didnt care too much for the movie...Broadway version is wayyyy better...I know the words to all of the songs...Wicked I want to see sooooooo bad...but never did yet
