I don´t know about Ithaca, sorry, but if you´re down near Binghamton, The Relief Pitcher is a great bar and it´s where I´ve watched most of the games...but it´s kind of partially under water right now, so my friends and I will be moving to the Downtown Quarterback in Endicott for the Brazil v. France game tomorrow!
Most sports bars will be showing it on a few screens at least, and if you ask them nicely, I´m sure you can switch it to ESPN if they´re showing something different. Just look in the phone book for a place that has a sports-sounding name.
