Yes. The twins share the same bloodstream, so what one twin gets into their blood the other will get also. There are documented cases of one twin having to take an aspirin for the other twin to feel the effects and vice verse. In other cases, both twins feel the effects. It really depends on how much of the blood and systems are shared by the twins. In your case, the other twin could also be affected by second-hand smoke inhalation.

Yes. The drug reaches the brains through a shared bloodstream.

I would depend on the extent to which they are co joined. If they share the same blood supply then it would affect both of them. (second hand smoke may also affect the "non-smoker" due to the proximity of the smoke.)

lol....oh man would it be ssssssooooooooo tight....
i hella wann seee that!!:):O:P
but yea, it would pass through to the other twin because the share the same body, and if not then second hand smokin will do the trick and it is mOrE suffiecnt to get high by sec. hand smokin than by the blood or smokin it. thats y people hav bongs, so they can sec. it. you get higher faster...so gud luck to the other twin, not wanting to get high....lol

ITS ACTUALLY THE MATTER THT IF BOTH HAVE THE SAME OR DIFFRENT NERVE AND AMUNE SYSTEM THEN ONLY U CAN JUDGE ON THERE MATABALISIM . SO U MIGHT NOT NO THERE CONDITION UNTIL U FIND OUT THERE NUERONS (NERVE CELLS): WHIHC JUDGE ON THE CHEMICAL TO PASS OR REACT BACK AS FORM OF THE AMUNE SYSTEM

How in the world would one twin smoke and not pass it to his/her twin? IF not by hand maybe they will get second hand smoke.
