apply ice or cold packs for 10 min. severl times a day do this the 1st 48hrs. to help blood vessels constrict and to reduce swelling if the area is still painful after 48 hs. apply heat w/ warm towels, a hot water bottle or a heating pad w/ caution

Vodka. One cup Vodka one cup water poured in zip lock bag. Place in freezer for about two hours. Then twenty min on bruise should help. All else fails use a good cover up foundation and drink the vodka.
