I'm on the free trial right now and don't think I'm going to spend $15 a month especially if I can just copy them from my PC anyways as .wma. Will the VCAST music player on the phone still work when I cancel the service? LG8100

No, you can't still use the Vcast player when you cancel the service. However, I have a LG8300 and I can transfer MP3s from my computer to my phone with a microSD card without converting them to .wma so that might be another option for you.

also...the files are protected and based upon a date. If the service is not renewed or paid by a certain date, when you player tries to access the new information to all it to play, it will tell the player the file(song) has expired. So, just go ahead and pay the 10.00 a month for access...it is worth it...
