Is there any way for a Windows 2000 operating system to automatically turn off when choosing shut down button?

Is there any way for a Windows 2000 operating system to automatically turn off when choosing shut down and without the need of pressing the power button? If so, can you give me the complete steps on how to do that?

no only vista does that

You can set your computer to Hibernate after a few minutes. Right click on you desktop Go to properties Screen Saver Towards the bottom there should be a Power button click it and there are options to turn the monitor off after a certain amount of time as will as shutting the PC down.
