Is a woman better off having shaved legs or hairy legs?

It depends. In some cases, it's better to go unshaved, like before surgeries (where nicks in your skin could get infected) or before a pedi (same reason) but generally our society believes that women should look like dolls all the time and have smooth skin. Really that's only been really popular since the 20th century. Even hairy underarms were acceptable until the 20th century. There are still people who decline shaving now, but they're considered gross. Sad.

In American society shaved legs are in and if you don't want to be considered a oddball then living here a woman is better off shaving her legs-besides were conditioned from the time that we are little that a shaved leg look and feels better than an unshaved leg. I"m sure a woman living in a Muslim Arabic country esp were she to belong to a nomad tribe would not be shaving her legs.It all depends whats culturally in.

Shaved Legs because, they llok alot better. And if you really want to have hairy legs you can but i would sugest shaved lags alot better. Ther's this girl at my school who doesn't and it looks pretty gross. If you have blonde hair or a light color it wont show up as bad but if you have browm or black i would shave!
