Personality, personality, and personality. Plus, I am a Christian. I really admire those who have a great faith (a living faith, not just a talking faith) in Christ and actively serving in church.

ignore cheeky chic. It's a hard world.
it's body symmetry. If your face is rounded and you have a small nose and smooth face, that's attractive. Also men vary on whether they like short or tall women, so that's not as important.
Have your hair done, don't let it get frizzy. either brush it straight or comb it back. Don't get a male haircut.
yes, be skinny. You don't have to be anorexic though. If you have to have fat, have it on your hips instead of in your stomach. This is partially genetic, but also related to your activity level.
As far as the inner beauty stuff-- don't be bossy or mean. Be kind and forgiving and respectful. And be approachable. There are women who are as beautiful as Janet Jackson who never get approached because men think they'll be stuck up. That's why the kindess is so important.

Their attitude, personality, intelligence and sense of humor. Beauty is not governed by looks or sex appeal alone(though they help a bit).
I hate to say it because it's cliche, but: "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". To me, looks only count for a little bit of a woman's beauty. A combination of personality sense of humor ,intelligence and looks works for me. Nice hair and a pretty smile can get my attention as well. :)
