I think www.miniclip.com is a good site. Also try:

www.candystand.com
www.alfy.com
www.coffeebreakarcade.com
www.shockwave.com
www.globalfun.com

You might not find racing ones in them all especially probably the 2nd and last one but you might like the other games. Great to kill time!
