how do i annonomously report a guy who rapes girls all the time but when he goes to court gets off and brag?

Not many options here. If you report it you must be ready to do two things.

1): Give proof, not a problem if he raped you.
2): The girl or girls he raped must testify against him in court.

The only way to do it anonymously is to tape what he says about the rapes and get this mental giant to name names.

The reason it is so hard to convict a rapist is because there have been too many girls in the past that have hated some guy and said he raped her. Those guys ended up in jail when they did nothing wrong.

Now for this guy. He is clearly not very bright. Raping is considered to be a very serious offense. In some states it is right up there with murder. If caught he will not see the light of day for many years.

To brag about this is not only stupid but callous. If he is this bold about it he will be caught sooner or later. But until then how many will there be.

Either you or a friend...get him on tape while he is bragging and try your best to have him say who he raped. The police will go from there and you will not be involved.

Do this before he gets around to you.

Seriously if you can catch him bragging about it I'm sure the DA would be able to use it. But go to the police and tell them what you know. You may have enough info they can find a pattern and catch him before he does it again.
