he should and so should all extremely wealthy people
most of them did things to hurt the consumer in their lives so they could attain more money so when their dead they should make sure their families taken care of then the rest should go back into society

well when you die money has no meaning. so why not get rid of it and put it towards people who actaully need it like the children of poor countries or towns.
