Hard to fix without understanding the problem. Do you mean that your computer is stuck in the compose window -- that you can only create emails, but can't read any. What client software are you using?
Things to try
1) reboot the computer and try again
2) re-install the email software that you're using (outlook express maybe?)
3) if you're using the browser to access your email, try restarting your browser.

that is not good.. have you tried working with it.. you may have to have a computer tech come look at it for you...i wander if you mean stuck on compose???/ well hope you get it fixed...

ok... try another browser or try to replave your browser sometims it can be website problems .
