why only in cases that are about child victims?
Is your question phrased this way to presuppose that children are more worthy than any other group in society
Do you suppose that children are the only vulnerable group in society?
Don't you think that sexual assault of person with a disability is just as bad?
Or the sexual assault of the elderly?
And the death penalty is always an option... it never stopped being an option any where... your question should be phrased more carefully...
If you mean should we bring back the legally sanctioned death penalty for people who sexually assault vulnerable people in society then I would have to say no....
The death penalty is an irrreversible penalty... no room for wring judgment...

"SERENAZ" has my vote. This woman hits the nail promptly and to the factor! whilst we comprehend that we've exchange into over permissive in our society and actually "spared the rod"...we've exchange right into a society of "this is all approximately me." we've spoiled our young toddlers and now we see how many have a loss of appreciate for existence or rights of others! to assert the dying penalty does no longer something is faulty. The dying penalty prevents a repeat of a heinous crime. Does the dying penalty preclude others from committing a similar heinous crime...perhaps confident...perhaps no...however the only guy or woman isn't in all threat a repeat criminal back. based upon the point of baby abuse could, in my opinion, be certain the penalty. i could propose we positioned the violator interior a similar ecosystem as they did the sufferer. enable the violator experience a similar wrath they gave the baby!

In repeat cases, yes, why not. These people are proven to be consistent offenders and they will contiue to hurt others until they're locked up. The only solution is life w/o parlole or death penalty.

The death penalty should never be used. My first reason is because why does the U.S.A. have the right to kill someone for killing or molesting or whatnot someone else? It's contradicting! My second reason is: They should rot in prison and suffer their consequences.

I think the guys should have their penises cut off and stillhave to wear a ankle braclet or something of the sucha dn woman should have something put in them to block the passagea and have to wear a ankle braclet too. and also they should go the 17++ years and not get off in 7-8 years because of over crowded prisons. Maybe they should send them all to prisons with just molesters???

Sexual Offender- by sending them to police custody till the sentence and direct to prison is enough to mentally kill them for their rest of their life.
So by hanging them is to free them from pain, just if they have 30yrs in prison-I really cant imagine, I witness the torturing of such offender before, police-jail gauard-inmates, offender dont have peace of mind.
