They pay around 2 bucks per hour (like most restaurants). Of course, you make your tips. I always looked at as working for myself. If you are friendly and are attentive to your tables you made awesome money, and had an great time doing it! I would make about 100 bucks on weeknights and between 150 - 200 on weekends. You can make 250-300 on a Friday or Saturday double.
