Start with a sincere smile, introduce yourself, and shake hands with the interviewer.

Be sure you have some questions to ask - also be sure that you research the company a little so you know as many basics about them as possible.

At the end of the interview, they'll probably say something like "thank you for coming in", and "we'll be in touch". It's fair to ask when you think they'll be making a decision for who gets the job. Be sure to thank them for their time, and mention that you are very interested in the position. If there's anything specific you can think of that interests you, mention it then.

Start: Shake their hand and say "It is a pleasure to meet you".

End: When you leave, shake their hand again and say "It was a pleasure to speak with you about the position." Also, make sure you will know when they will make their decision or when you should followup. Be sure to get their contact information or business card so you can write or e-mail a thank you note the day after your interview.

Confidence. It is important you maintain eye contact. Please make sure you keep your answers sharp and short. At the end of the interview express your interest in the job and shake their hand and walk away. I wish you well.

First offer a firm handshake and say "Hi, I am (whoever) , I'm very glad to meet you." They will ask you to sit down and maybe they might ask you if you would like something to drink. That is totalling up to you. When you leave, get up, offer another firm handshake and say "Thankyou for taking time out of your busy schedule to talk with me. I will forward to your call.
