I don't know how to see how many times I can change the region of the DVD player combo. And how can I see the number of changes I can make more to it, and the number I used? What is the software that doesn't change the region automatically?

First, you need to verify that your DVD drive is CAPABLE of changing between regions. This, and the answer to the next question can be found in the user manual of your DVD drive, which would have come with the computer. How does a user change the region settings of the DVD drive?

The number of times a person is allowed to change the region settings on a DVD drive is usually unlimited, meaning as many times as you like.

Most DVD software will change the region settings of your DVD drive automatically, but only if you have the DVD driver set to automatic. The DVD Driver overrides all software commands, so if it is set to region 1, you can install all the programming you want, but the DVD will only read in region 1. Some (rare) software will only read in a particular region.

Some DVD discs are multi-region meaning they can be read on almost any machine anywhere regardless of region. These are the best discs to get, in addition to speed and quality (such as protective film over the data side).

Blessed Be.
