As a girl i must say you can't make a girlfriend, however you can sweet talk a girl into liking you.... just show her your good qualities. To make the relationship late, surprise her at times don't let the relationship become a routine. A routine is dull and boring at times if you know what i mean.

Kiss her butt,
Try to be as sweet, and honest, and kind as you know how to be.

try to find somebody who is close to u that u can see each other. or u can try with writting letters,sending pictures and then u can meet each other.
