yes but it is going to be tricky now for custody, you will have to have a set plan ready to let the judge know how the childs dad will be able to see his child. you can say that you are planning ot move and want to still have dad in the child life but it wiil be hard but i am willing to make it work. and say that you are willing to let your child go on a plane to see his dad once a month for three days but he has to help you pay for the flights or it can come out of the child support or something. talk to oyur spouse and see what he says. he might surprize you and say no need for that.good luck.

If you read the court papers it should have it in there... it was in mine... each persons is a little different. But thats the only way you will know for sure!
