Well first you want to have an audition and see what talent the students already have, chances are it won't be that hard. If you don't have the money in the school budget you will have to come up with ways to make money so, the school doesn't drop it.

Get people with talent together, start choreographing, and perform wherever they will let you in until you make a name for yourself!

dance low! i took hip hop classes for a month but wasn't really into it so i stayed with mexican folckloris dance. realy cool. but while i was in hip hop all my teacher said was dance low jessica! dance low!
