Depends where your house is. Most anywhere in the U.S. or civilized world you can't just shoot anyone if they are not a direct threat to you or someone.
If you do shoot him outside, drag him in the house before you call the cops and cover the tracks.
If you live in a war zone - go for it, its your job and you'll get rich on the reward.

Yes and No, The Goverment did set out a dead or alive reward of 25 million for him but if you kill him the contorvusy that will start would be crazy your better off calling the cops. i bet you would get some medal for portecting our nation and you would proably go on like good mornig america and show off how big of hero you were.

No - Because some liberal would say you didn't have your weapon registered and Osama was an illegal alien just trying to find a place to hide from political persecution. They would also claim they had knowledge that he was being cured through stem cell research and you blew his chance by killing him, before he could marry his gay lover! So yes you would go to jail for killing him.

No. You would't even know if he's standing below your nose. So, the most probable case would be, you could have killed the wrong person.
Justn freakin' be peaceful, he has not done anything to you... Assuming he really masterminded the 911, you're still alive!

No, because even though he is not classified as a human being, he still has the rights of one. Therefore, he has the right to be tried under our national law, unfortunately.

Not if he was outside your house . If he broke into your house and you caught him and killed him inside your house it would be under the right to defend your own property . but outside your house he would have to attack you first or you would be in BIG trouble !
