Not easily, quickly or legally.

If you have access to log into the email account, you'll be able to find some of the sites by seeing what email they receive. Not all sites actively email their subscribers, though.

If you manage to get to a website's subscribers' data, you can see if their email address is listed there. Very difficult and highly illegal.

Lastly, some web sites' login pages give very specific error messages when you fail to log in. For security reasons, they should just say "Login failed" (or similar) -- however, some might tell you if the login is incorrect, or just the password. You may be able to try the web site's login or "forgot my password" feature to trick it into telling you whether the email address in question is subscribed to the site. This process will, however, be very ineffective (and a violation of privacy for the person who uses the email address).
