NARM!!!
he had a stroke, just after having sex with maggie. he was standing there opening and closing his fist, and saying "my arm is numb...numb...arm....NARM..... then he fell over

He had second AVM develop. He collapsed on the floor shortly after having sex with Maggie and was rushed into surgery. He made it out of surgery and was doing fine. Talking and joking around. He told Brenda he wanted a divorce. At one point everybody went home and Nate told David he should go get some rest too. David said he wanted to keep him company. David fell asleep and was dreaming that he was at the beach with Nate and their Dad. Nate jumped in the ocean and told David he should join him. That's when David woke up and Nate's monitor showed a flatline and Nate had passed. Sad part is Ruth wasn't there at all. She took off without telling anybody and was camping in the woods and didn't have a cell phone so she never got to say goodbye. Very sad. I cried for hours.

He had another AVM episode, which was triggered by him and Maggie having sex. His death was really unexpected b/c after the operation he showed signs of becoming better. When David visits him at the hospital he (David) has a weird dream and awakes to Nate's heart machine which is flat lining. I was in shock!

The same thing that almost killed him about 3 seasons earlier, the thing (tumor?) in his brain. You should be able to get details from the HBO website.

He had another problem with his brain. A think a vessel in his brain popped or something.
