can u use a bovine tb tag on a goat ?

no - bovine is only cattle
Goats do need a scrapie tag tho' from the USDA
and all will need a NAIS tag because the same government who can't find 11million immigrants thinks they're going to track that many cattle, horses, sheep goats chickens etc etc etc
