Have your vehicle inspected by a qualified professional.
That having been said, look on the placard that is either on your driver door, your glove-box, or your gas cap flap. Do not use the MAXIMUM pressure guide on your tire, use the RECOMMENDED, by the car MFG. The guys(and gals) who design and engineer the vehicle, not the guys(and gals) who design and engineer the tire, have the final say.
Radial tires bulge out when properly inflated. That bulge is for ride comfort. PLEASE! NEVER! eyeball your tires to determine correct inflation pressure; always use a tire pressure gauge..
If in doubt, see advice given in the first sentence.

check first your gauge can be in a fail read, so many tires looks flat but is not ,maybe is just a look but is better that you check 2 times so is not a big deal 2 psi more sometime if your car is full loaded need a little bit more air.

You don't want to overfill, stick with 35 psi. the tire gauge at the gas station air fill should tell you the amount of pressure...

Car tires won't explode at that low pressure, but more air in them will wear them down faster
