I'm going out with a new boyfriend and I've known him for 9 months. Three days ago we had sex. I sometimes feel very sick in the morning. Could I be pregnant? I've took a pregnancy test and the results came out negative. Am I pregnant

It's POSSIBLE but most people don't show morning sickness after 3 days. You are probably just getting stressed out, and that's what's making you sick. Do another test again in a week or so, or go to your doctor/gynecologist. And if you're not pregnant, BE CAREFUL NEXT TIME! If you don't want to get pregnant, you need to use protection EVERY time. Try using the Pill as well. That will at least keep your period regular so you can tell easier if you've missed a period or bled too light.

You can go to an organization like Planned Parenthood as well and they will give you all the help you need. It can even be anonymous if you want it to be (I think, I've never actually gone to them personally) and they will provide tests, pills and condoms for you.

I dont think the signs of pregnancy would be working their way into your system just yet if you were. It is normal however, to have an adverse reaction to your boyfriends semen. I have heard stories of nausea, rashes and everything else. The ph leves are different in each persons body, and this could be the cause. But if you're worried and its been 72 hours or less, go get the plan b or "morning after" pill.

If you decide to do this be careful not to take these too many times. One or two would be my limit, only because these can mess with your repeoductive system if taken too many times.

Good luck!

it is probably too early to tell - check out this site for some more information

Also, I would wait - if you only had sex three days ago, a home test will not be accurate. The earliest home test you can take is an early response test and that is only accurate 5 days before a missed period - the rest you have to miss a period for it to be able to measure the level of pregnancy horomone in your body. Give it time and wait and see

It's too soon to get a positive result from the test.
I'd wait till you miss your period and take another test. In the mean time, watch out for other pregnancy signs.

Three days is a bit soon to have morning sickness. You are most likely anxious and the anxiety is causing your stomach to become upset. Calm down, and wait a couple of weeks before re-taking the test, or you get your period.

Good luck!

If you think you are mature enough to be having sex then you need to be grown up enough to USE BIRTH CONTROL too.

This time it's too soon to tell...you need to get to a Planned Parenthood Clinic or a Free Health Clinic in your area and discuss the different methods of birth control and USE one of them.

Also you need to know that the younger you are when you start having sexual intercourse the higher your risks are for STDs and AIDs including many lesser known STD's that can scar your fallopian tubes to the extent that you may not be able to have children at all when you are older and want them.

In a 2 week to a month, if you still feel the same way, I suggest you take the pregnancy test again.

Have you missed your period yet? You won't know until then. You won't start having symptoms of pregnancy until two weeks after you ovulate which is about the time you should get your period. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself about sex and your body so you know what to expect. Also, get yourself on some birth control so you don't get into this mess again.

I think you should take another pregnancy test in about a week. For the best results check with your doctor. It does not hurt to check with the professionals. Good luck.
