Hello,
This can be an allergy ...for instance... to Wheat:) I have had this myself. This may be related to the liver.

Dark circles under your eyes usually indicate lack of rest. Nothing can be done about that but there are creams out there that you can use to lighten them up and also concealers that will cover them up.

Sometimes circles or changes in color in facial pigment can be due to medications such as birth control pills. Talk with you doctor and bring your medications
