the points were explained in detail in one of the answers, but with one exception. You get 180 points for winning, but 5 points of that is for leading a lap. The most points you can get for one race is 185. So it is actually 175 for winning, 5 more for leading (which you do if you win), and 5 more for leading the most laps. There is alot of discussion for now about awarding the winner more points.

That is a complicated question. It cannot be fully explained. Every driver gets 5 points if he leads a lap and gets 10 if he leads the most laps. The winner usually is this guy, but not always, right! I think, but am not sure, that the winner gets aroun 150 points.
