I weigh myself on average about 3-4 times a week just out of curiosity and everytime its different it never stays the same! I never changed my eating or excercize habbits but somedays its 110, others 115, and some days even 120, but then next time im back down to 110 and those changes can be just within a week!! Why is this happening?

Hello,
I had this also... For me it was "Water Retention"... especially around my monthly period it was most dramatic. It used to amaze me! :)

Stop shoving food in your mouth. You have emotional problems. Normal people don't weigh themselves several times a week "just out of curiosity".

Water weight, clothes, wet hair, shoes.
