I would like to go and study a language at uni but not have to pay for it. Where can I go?

by higher education i do mean University ( batchalers or Masters Degrees) I heard that it was free in finland, if you are from a european union country & I'm aware if the UK system

I assume you do mean Higher Education rather than Further Education. FE is usually a college which are free in most countries providing you are either under 19 or a full time student. For Higher Education such as Universities, in England you may be able to get some help with the costs depending on your circumstances. However, I think wherever you go you will have to pay at least part of the fees. You could try an apprentice type course or day release where the course is relevant to the job so the employer might pay for it.

You'll have to start saving or applying for loans if you want to study, as a citizen of a country you are generally asked to contribute to differing degrees to the cost of your education and as a foreigner you will be expected to pay a lot more. Why not look into courses in your own country where you can spend a year studying or working abroad if it is the experience you are after?

College education in Venezuela is free, but is just for natives. I used to have a friend from there who told me that. But you can get scholarships to go anywhere if you are a good student...

I have friends from Poland and they said collage over their is free. They both went to collage.
