The only one I can think of off hand is Claudia Black on Stargate SG-1. I like her so I guess no, there are not enough Blacks, there should be more with her talent in show biz.....gotcha!

It turns out that entertainment is a field that opened to blacks sooner than others (law, engineering, etc.) so blacks have been allowed there longer. Therefore it is a bit of a strong point. When blacks weren't allowed in regular colleges and stuff they started being entertainers. The race barriers broke down quicker in that field.
So that sort of explains it. More barriers are falling all the time so there might be too many blacks in other fields too. Sports is another area that became integrated a bit early.

Not enough! Maybe all the Blacks in Show Biz should get together and stop funding Caucasian's. You are a very simple minded person. It just seems to me that you are threatned by us. Black people are not stupid. I know that you would like to think so. I think that you should get use to Intelligent African Americans. We are not going anywhere! Tell your Ancestors thanks for the Free Cruise. We have endured all of the crap you put us through. Seems like there are too many dumb caucasians. You are tied on the list next to your parents for conceiving you.

That is a matter of personal opinion. But there ARE too many people using poor grammar. Ascending to a Show Biz career would allude such.

Ur kidding right???? Who says its too much black culture in TV. Some of the things that society choses to be black culture isn't really what it is. As far as the hip hop culture goes people of all races are into that and because your black doesn't mean its a part of your culture.

You know I don't understand racism. Its pointless because BLACKS aren't going anywhere. If you go to the mall, the store, work ect... We are every where. You would always have to deal with us. So its pointless. I just don't understand rasict, but I do understand stupid F@#$%^& Jackasses

If you ask me, they are grossly under represented. They are featured on one network--usually the WB ---and that is a sad state of affairs.
