19 with two little kids and a boyfriend of 5 years, yep my sex drive would be gone too. Being tired or over burdened or even giving out a ton of love and affection to children all day can make it feel like theres nothing left at the end of the day.
That combined with the fact that youre still young could kill a sex drive.

I have this problem sometimes too, I'm 25 with 2 kids. Keep in mind you are a mama all day long, and by the time he's probably ready for it, you are tired!! Try taking a mini-vacation from the kidlets, see if one of the grandparents will watch them for a night or two while you and your significant other go out of town, or even just chill at home in peace.
It may also have something to do with whatever birth control you are using (assuming you are), or other medications that you may be taking. They can have a serious effect on your sex drive. See if there are any other options out there for what you are currently using that won't affect your sex drive.
Good luck!

I would have first thought there was a hormonal problem but if you are having regular periods with mild cramping then that probablay isn't the case.
Face it you are tired......
As much as we hate to admit it we can't do everything, run a house, care for children, and then be ready for sex at a moments notice. You may just need more time with foreplay and arousal.
Next time he approaches you just try to stop the urge to resist and let him kiss you. Let him work at "getting you in the mood".
I also say get away and have some parent time .

I'm 31, been married for 5 yrs and have a 14 mo old and I could care less if I have sex. Some meds and birth control pills will cause a low libido. Talk to your Dr or OB/GYN they can help. Even a glass of wine before may help. Don't give up, you'll find what works!

You owe your children, yourself and your man a good life. You did not give a clue as to cause of problem, (it's always the same) but Dr Laura knows the solution. Link below.
I noticed you called him "kids father", and not "my man". There is resentment at the root of your problem. The cure for that is at the 2nd link.
Why won't your man marry you and charge hell with a bucket of water to save you? Dr Laura suggests that you have the power to make it so. Check her site (www.drlaura.com) for radio in your area.
FHU will help you get over emotional roadblocks which prevent love. Seriously! It's easier than you think if you are willing to face yourself and the turth.
If you are not having fun, then you are not doing it correctly.
