I feel that way about Irish women. I think maybe it has to do with Ireland having had to defend itself from Romans and other invaders for a long time. Dealing with the famine, bad soil, all sorts of things and yet surviving anyway. Life was tough historically around the world, maybe especially in ireland. The only people who survived mostly were very strong resourceful people. Perhaps that explains it.

I agree with the other responder, it's probably the accent.
I'm a Scot and only a quarter Irish, so that means I'm a quarter sexy. Hmmmm.
Anyway, they may be, but I think you will find living with an Irishman, isnt what you think it will be.
Like the Scots, the Irish often have a drinking problem, not all obviously, but many do. So that is one drawback, but if it's just a fantasy for you, go ahead and enjoy it.
