I love this question. I've played it myself whenever I've bought a lottery ticket. Now what would I do if I won...
I've come to the conclusion that I'd probably due the following:
1. pay off my debts. I'm a single parent and money isn't very available at times.
2. put a couple hundred thousand into a draw account for each of my kids to pay for college.
3. build a new house on a bit of land where I can crank my music or paint the house purple should I so choose without the neighborhood association getting all ballistic.
4. hire someone to clean my house. Sorry to say I wasn't born with a dust rag in my hand. I hate cleaning.
5. help my church with some very needed remodeling. If you could see the ladies' bathroom....omg.
6. start a scholarship at my university for emancipated kids who are struggling to pay for college.
7. hire a personal trainer who could make me workout more than the current 'when I feel like it' mood.
8. go see Australia, New Zealand and the UK...like going places where I sorta speak the same language.
9. build a shed on my new property where I could go and create without having to clean up afterwards. I do a lot of crafty stuff..
and
10. give to different charities when I felt the need was great. It would be nice to help when I could. But always annonymously. I do not crave attention for that.

Buy my house, my new car, retire, then travel around the world.
Make sure my parents were comfortable in a nice house to live out their golden years.
My dad has always wanted a cadillac.
Adopt a child from a developing country.

Pay off all my bills and then pay for school and if there's left overs, i could fly family over from Nigeria and build them houses over here!!!
Oh yeah and I would go on a shopping spree!!!

after the IRS takes half, i would invest it the best i could and live off the interest
