How many pockets of hate did you open up today?

John Lennon was talked about the things he did for peace and love, and he said that no matter how many people attacked his ideas and beliefs, he tried not to open up pockets of hate. How much restraint do you exercise in your daily life to NOT open up pockets of hate?

wow...i haven't opened any pockets of hate today (that's only because i just woke up a few hours ago and haven't ran into anyone i know...yet)...
