Unfortunately there is no recourse to filing false reports with CPS. People can do this all they want (keep in mind tho the investigators look at the history and if they see the same reporter filing cases that turned out to be ruled out, they do take that into account).
If she really turns up the heat on this, the only thing I can think of to do would be to file some type of harrassment or defamation of character charges on her and take her to court.

Wait a minute! There's a child in this scenario? 2 false reorts with Chilp Protective Services? You're bf had better get the balls to do something about this. Those are grounds to go back to court and get full custody and supervised visitation for his ex-wife. But he has to do it. And if he is a real daddy, he'll do it. As for you, sorry. You gotta just support him through this. She's basically harassing you. Get witnesses. Get documentation. And you guys can get a change in the parenting agreement and a restraining order.
BUT HE HAS TO DO IT!!! I really advise you stay on the down-low.

Think its about time for him to deal with the Ex wife and explain to her only be hurting there child in the end, tell her to go on with her life and that hes chosen you to be with and accept it. If you have tried all you can and nothing is helping then you need to decide how much you love this man and willing to go thru to have some kind of relationship cuz it sounds like this woman ain't going to quit for nothing! Best of luck

I agree with Dr. Steve. Either the boyfriend handles this situation by losing the ex or he needs to get lost. Why does your life need to be negatively affected by his past problems? Tell him to change his phone numbers, address, email, whatever he needs to disappear from his ex. Then, he can contact her at his convenience, and control the situation. The only time she needs to see him is when he comes to pick his child up for visitation, or to drop the child off. Otherwise, completely shut himself off from her and do not give her any information that she can use as ammo.

How I can relate to you...!!!! You must be torn...stay/leave? is it worth...it? I am going through the very same situation..She manipulates kids... into making our lives miserable. She is a miserable person and can't seem to get any one else for very long. I feel for you...but keep things in perspective...I believe that true love does exist...he will eventually have to grow a "pair" and tell her he no longer can be manipulated by her..

Maybe a PPO (personal protection order) or ya could always give her this link & tell her to find herself a man. http://www.plentyoffish.com It's 100% FREE, no strings attached. Another option would be, if ya ever get sick of dealing with HIS issues & he choses to not put her in her place, then you could use that link for you & find you a man with less baggage!! Good luck!!

Talk to a lawyer..the only thing that is going to stop her is if you 'dump a ton of bricks' on her head and get her attention...
