Hmmm.. both can look great. A lace bra looks nice with summer dresses if they have shoulders or straps.. but a strapless, obviously, is better if there's just spaghetti straps.
It really depends on what you're wearing.. but both look pretty nice on most girls/women. I do, however, like the strapless on girls/women with small breasts.. my fav!

well lace is a bit itchy and don't give much support, you can also see the little desighns under a well fitted shirt
strapless can get al little uncomfortable and may slide down
i suggest you get the ipex strapless bra from victorias secret, it has the support of of a bra with straps, and is very comfortable
( i have like 12 of them =)

Um well I think lace might make ya itch, and I can't stand strapless bra's so..hun I wouldn't go with either of them (but thats just me)♥

Depends what your wearing, and what your going to be comfortable in i would go for the Victorias Secret, Secret Embrace it's ultra comfortable and you can go strapless if you need to, and it's a push up.
