hi, im trying to get pregnant too so i read about that kind of stuff all the time. if ur uterus is backwards, dont worry- you shouldnt have problems conceiving.try the doggie style to maximize ur chances.
if ur uterus is side ways and the cervix is not in the middle, u should ask ur doctor if ur uterus is properly connected to both ur tubes.you should also ask him what are the right sex positions to allow penetration of the sperm in the cervix and thus the uterus.also, ask him if the position of ur uterus poses any danger to carrying a pregnancy.but dont freak out.if you are ovulating normally and time intercourse right, i think everything will be just fine.good luck.

Yep, you can still get pregnant. If you have trouble after a year, then talk to a doc. But you should be fine.
I've heard it suggested that women with a tilted cervix have a better chance of conceiving doggy style.

I have a tilted uterus and have had two children with no problems or complications. I also didn't have to do anything special to get pregnant. Good luck!

I also have a tilted uterus... It's common.. and normal.. don't worry about it.. Ask your doctor if there are any special positions that he or she recommends.. that's what I did... My aunt told me that it runs in our family and they all had to literally do a headstand after sex to get pregnant...
That's what I plan on doing next month..

Yes this is more of a challenge. I work at a Healthy Womens Partnership and have listened to some challenging stories. Your gynocologist has some of the answers for you. The rest is up to your body and God!
Good Luck!
