Didn't do a thing for me either. Where to go next depends on the specific cause of your infertility.... Without knowing more about your individual case, hard to say anything else. Have you read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Wechsler?
Talk to your Dr.--Is he/she monitoring you to be sure whether you are even ovulating (I did not w/ clomid)? Have you discussed what other options might be right for your particular case?
Personal experience: took Clomid as first line of "attack" for my PCOS--did absolutely nothing other than make me really grouchy. Went directly to injectibles for 1st baby (not fun, but worth it). Got PG w/ glucophage (diabetic drug) for 2nd baby.

I had to take clomid as well....BEWARE of fertility drugs, although they can get you pregnant some can cause birth defects! Make sure you do your homework and ask the right questions...such as....what are the effects on the baby? I got pregnant while on clomid the 3rd month and miscarried, the again the 4th month. My son has a heart defect that required open heart surgery and I was NOT told about any side effects for the baby. Be informed when starting fertility meds!

I have never had to take it, but I often chat in a forum where women have become pregnant after using it, and some are still taking it in hopes of conceiving. This forum has a Clomid support group that I think you might be interested in. The reasons these women are on Clomid vary, but PCOS is a common problem over there. I'm going to include the link if you would like to check it out :)

Are you being monitored? Are you getting a injection of Norval or something similar?
I have gotten pregnant twice from Clomid (both resulting in a miscarriage at 7 weeks along), but I'm also being monitored on CD 14. I go in for a u/s & if my eggs are 20mm or bigger then I get a shot of Norval to make me ovulate. Most of the time it has worked. If you are just taking Clomid & not being monitored or given anything else, then it won't work.

I was on Clomid also. I took one pill a day for 6 months-and nothing. The Dr put me on two pills a day-still nothing. My husband saw what a hard time I was having keeping the charts and going to the Dr every month just to hear "Not this time maybe next month." Together we said enough if God wants us to have one he will give us one. Two months after stopping all pills and charting I got pregnant. I have a healthy 9 year old boy.

Didn't work for me either. Tell them you want to go straight to the injectible fertility drugs.

Same thing, didn't work, I would suggest injectibles, but some drs won't give them to you without some sort on insemination. It can get quite expensive and at this point I have left it to chance. Hopefully your insurance will cover some of it. Good luck to you.
