I personally liked Mallrats, it was upbeat and funny....Besides Ben Affleck referred to himself as one of the members of NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK....Any guy that would do that has my vote.

Dogma. Not only was it the best overall concept for a movie, it was Kevin's most daring stand on a contoversial topic. This movie pissed a lot of people off. I think a lot of directors are too worried about being PC to make a movie like this.

chasing amy. it doesn't matter if you're gay, straight, or bi, you can relate to having that friend that you cross that friendship/lover line and have to deal with the emotions that come with for doing so. you also can relate to that whole finding out about the past of a lover and having to deal with your feelings about that. great movie, greatly written, and joey lauren adams is so good as amy. definetly on my top 10 list.

Chasing Amy, hands down. Best written script of the bunch, best camera work, and best acting.
