I love driving a stick. It is easy to learn. Automatics are better if you live in the city with heavy rush hour traffic though!

stick for performance and gas mileage. automatic for ease and if you live in a hilly area. stick much easier to learn than programming your vcr. also depends on what kind of car you have. smaller 4 cylinders will benefit more from a stick that auto. big SUVS must have a auto unless you plan on doing some serious offroading

i'm going to get a typical transmission formerly i'm getting an automatic. i don't think of it would count the place I lived. i individually get better gas mileage and maintenance costs out of a typical transmission than out of an automatic. i think I even have greater administration over the motor vehicle. i take advantage of engine compression for braking whilst deaccellerating. putting much less placed on on my brake pads and footwear once I prepare them. so that they final longer. in fact, I even have had to alter guidance and suspension aspects formerly I replaced brake pads in one new truck i offered. That became led to by ability of the concern of the roads and not by ability of my skill to tension. I even have an automatic too. it kind of feels while deaccellerating that the completed vehicle will become ineffective weight against the brakes whilst they are being utilized. wearing them out quicker. an automatic does not have the feel of utilising engine compression as an help in braking. All i'm asserting is you have a determination to make and your decision would be the splendid one. i'm going to furnish you with the wonderful answer i understand comparing the two transmissions from journey.

I have driven both and presently am driving an Isuzu Rodeo stick and I love it. It isn't hard to learn to drive but just make sure you get someone with patient to teach you. I learned in one afternoon many years ago.

Automatic-we have enough to think about while we are driving....examples: using our cell phones, applying make-up, reading, smoking and watching out for all the other idiots doing the same.
