At my age I have to remember back, but I think it definately could be one of the side-effects from certain birth control pills. Not all birth control makes you bloated. Further, I think pregnancy would be more uncomfortable than a bit of bloating. Talk to your doctor, there are many forms of birth control on the market.

It does have certain hormonal side effects. It is true it effects different people in different ways. But you might natuarlly experience more bloating during that time of the month, and also more water retention than usual, during the rest of the time.

Birth Control is suppose to make your body think it's pregnant and some people can have this effect, as well as swore breasts (breast feeding - some even produce milk)

years ago when i took them i never got bloated.but everybodys body is different
