the best thing to do is to ignore the ***** and get on with your life, shes the one with the problem, suing her is only going to make her think its bothering you, get some kind of revenge without her knowing

Why waste the time and energy and cash on suing? She will just appeal any judgment made and keep your @ss tied up in court for years.
Instead use the money to get monthly massages or fix up your house or something positive and creative that will boost your life and take your mind off this F'ed up situation. Nobody is worth going insane over, not best friends, not husbands or ex husbands. You know what stress does to the body.

What a mess! You can't steal people away from each other. Your husband left because he wanted to. If you want to show them that you're not a mental case you have to start acting rational right now. Take a minute to think before you act or talk because in the end you're going to be the one to pay the price. When you file for divorce you can name her as correspondant (person he committed adultery with)

Yes, I think if you could find a good dirty lawyer you could possibly have a good row with this one...Adultry is illegal, so there you have alienation of affection, slander is illegal, she's soiling your reputation, it is actually defamation of character if it is word of mouth, slander if she has anything in writing. Also if you could play off the mentally ill thing, well then that was caused by her as well, because of her stealing your husband and spreading lies and rumors about you. Mental Anguish...get a damn good lawyer...and drag her *** through the dirty systems and drains of the courts.

She didn't steal your man, he made the choice to leave and be with her. Stay completely away from them and do not let what she says get to you. If you see him on the street, cross the street. They will put turmoil in your life only if you allow them to. If she's making false reports against you to the police, the police will deal with her.

I understand your anger, your ex best friend stole your husband of 17 yrs, any woman would be pretty crazy about it, she is a f.ucking b.itch. and no moral asshole, you are not mentally ill, you are just very very angry. it will take time to heal of something this dramatic, but the best way is to take care of yourself, looking for therapy, yoga, meditation, forget about them, they are both careless and no moral people, they deserve each other, your best revenge is be happy and have a good life, you never now what's gonna happen to them. wish you all the best.

Get some therapy.....it certainly won't hurt, and the therapist can teach you tools to move on. Your husband obviously is not great catch, given his lack of decorum.
