Sounds like a horrible mix of the 80's BIG belted shirts and the early 90's Hammer pants. EWWWWW
Just throw in some hyper color socks and you'll have the 'look' down :)

this sounds really weird, especially for a girl. Some people dress like that, though, but I think it looks stupid, and it also makes your legs look short (due to the long, baggy shirt)

If it really makes you comfortable and you like it that much, why worry about if it's weird? Anyway, yes I think it's weird but it isn't any more strange than the clashing patterns and colorblindness of today's 'scene' kids.

try a tank that reaches mid thigh, and loose bunched cropped pants. and cowboy boots or sandals. with alot of bangles and long beaded necklaces. its fashionable and with just a bit of originality.

That is a traditional indian outfit for women- it's called a salwar kameez.
My best friend is Indian and she owns tons of them.
