The best way to find if there is "lost" money in your future is to contact your state treasurer; there should be a website listed for each state. Just find your state and look for the website. There will be paperwork such as a notarized claim form if the amount is over $100. Good luck.

If the money is owed to you, it isn't lost. There isn't a website for finding lost anything.

Go to the treasury dept. in any state. like newyorkstatedepartment of treasury.com. Then youll find a link that will connect you to the site where you can scan your name for free.
I hope this helps i just recieved $783.00 from the state of Florida.
