That is a very broad question. Paranormal just means something that is not in accordance with scientific law.
I do believe in a lot of paranormal activity. Why? Why not? There are a lot of things that happen that cannot be explained... things I have seen with my own eyes. We do not know everything... although many people act as if they do.

Only after seeing a couple of very good mediums and seeing evidence with my own eyes/ears do I believe in the paranormal wholeheartedly. It is a mysterious unknown which many people assume you are eccentric or weird if you show an interest in - but I'm enjoying investigating further for answers.

I don't know that I would necessarily define everything I can't explain as "The Paranormal", since there are many many many things I personally can't explain that others probably can, but having said all that I saw a ghost when I was 15.

well I have seen what I believe is a UFO really up close and personal!
check out a late night radio program called coast to coast am if your into this kinda stuff, they talk about it alot. about 50% of the time I think the people are off there meds, 25% of the time I am just not interested but the other 25% of the time you wont be able to sleep lol

Had experience of it in a few ways, premontions that came true, seeing things move in front of me, getting a message from the spirit world from a medium from my autistic uncle that no one could have made up if they tried. Life is in shades of grey not just black and white

paranormal is like the spirits and ghosts n stuff, i belive in them, i havnt seen any, but i do belive that the undead walk the earth
