Preschools in Arizona are licensed and regulated by the Arizona Department of Health services. The only official information they provide is a license report and any enforcement actions against the facility. Here's the report for All Seasons, which has not had any enforcement actions since April, 2005. http://pub.hs.state.az.us/datasvcs/als2/als_cc/detail/m_detail.cfm?facid_in=112806
There's more information on the regulations and requirements for preschools here - http://www.azdhs.gov/als/childcare/index.htm
They do provide a good checklist to take with you when evaluating a preschool - http://www.azdhs.gov/als/guides/occlchkl.pdf
Here is a link to the enforcement actions databases which allow you to see all actions for all schools. It may help if you are looking at other schools. http://www.azdhs.gov/als/enforce/index.htm
Another thing you can do is ask the school if they can give you references from other parents, or ask if you can review their school evaluation performed by the Arizona department of education.
Hope this helped.

If you are concerned about this preschool I would advise against sending your child there. You need to be confident with the people you are leaving your child with, otherwise you will not be able to trust them.
I suggest that you look in the local directory and call around. It will take you time but it will be time well spent since it will be a big part of your child's life. Ask about fees, opening hours, vacancies, location, child care rebates etc. Once you have found a couple that sound good, make an appointment to go and check out the best ones. Here are some good things to look for when you visit:
* Look at the building. Is it clean and safe? Are there heaps of resources/toys for the children to play with?
* What is the play area outside like? Is there room for the kids to run? Is the equipment safe and well maintained?
* Are the staff friendly and happy?
* Do the kids currently at the centre appear happy? Are they playing well or running around causing havoc?
* Do the teachers plan for each child individually? Do they write down observations of what the child is doing and plan activities based on the children's interests and needs?
* Have a look at the major policies, including child protection, behaviour management, and food preparation/diets (if food provided by centre).
I hope this helps!

If you need a good daycare, I can give you a recommendation. Try Valley Childcare & Learning Center. My son is thriving since he started there and he only goes 2 days a week.
