It means just what it says. it is formulated to use in "the tropics". Tropical areas require a bit stronger formula as far as conditioning and maintaining the texture of you skin. As apposed to being inland where there is less reflection of water etc. and you skin will not become crispy. Hope this helps out!

This is what I found with the name of the cream you want to use. It could be that the contents are not allowed across the border.

Its fine to go ahead and do it now, but if your daughter still has runny poop I would do what my sons doctor suggested, while the poop is runny (which is normal for newborns) put vaseline on their butt first, then put some diaper rash cream on, the vaseline works as a barrier and wont allow the poop to come in contact with the skin... when the poop starts to harden a little more then you can stop using the vaseline and start just using diaper rash cream, and be patient, some diaper rashes take quite a while to heal, I know my sons did when he had one from diarrhea!

Well, most products that could have a potential skin reaction say to test in a small spot on the inside of your arm and then wait 24 hours before using... I'd try that. The upper inside of your arm is thinner skin and tends to be more sensitive to things like this... so try it out first and if you have any bad reaction to it then don't use it.

i would just test a small amount on a small area of your body. worse thing really is a rash. then you will know whether to use it again or not, but make sure you leave it for a day or so to see if a reaction happens.
