I think that a muscle car pumping out at about 425 horses can easily murder an import but i've seen imports with 425+ hp. Which one do u think is BETTER?

It's all about preference really. Muscle cars are sexy. They sound and look great, but don't have all the modern toys that German or Japanese cars come with, i.e. EBS, EBD, etc.

Japanese cars on the other hand have myriad of parts that you can bolt on them. So eventhough a Nissan Skyline has a 2.6 litre engine, it can be tuned to well over 900+ bhp. But they normally don't look very appealing, especially when compared to muscle cars.

So at the end of the day, it all boils down to personal choice. Me? I rather be driving a scarlet Ferrari up a twisty hillside, but that's just me... :)

define "Better", At this point there are more Import cars with higher HP numbers than domestics. Only GM and Chrysler are doing in US, on the other side Mercedes, BMW, Bugatti, and others are doing cars with insane horsepower.
